Wake up in the morning and take a peak at the weather and pools from our balcony.

Our Kitchen is ready for home chef with pots pans cutting boards, everything you would need to prepare a great home cooked meal. Not a cook well use the Fridge to keep your leftovers and drinks cold.

For those that love to mix sun, sand and sports we have a great living room for you to relax and not have to worry about missing you favorite teams game with great couch and flat screen HDTV.

• Spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water park in Galveston soaking up the wave pool and water slide fun.
• Play a round of Golf at the Moody Gardens Golf Course.
• Visit Moody Garden’s to see a variety of animals, or check out their I MAX theater.
• The Lonestar Flight Museum
• Tour the Strand Historic Shopping District (Old Downtown)
• Ride Bike Along the Seawall – this is a great way to take in the Island without wearing yourself out.
• Magic Carpet Put Put golf on the Seawall.
• Tour the Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig and Museum
• Galveston Duck Tours covers 15 miles of Galveston by land and by sea.
• Go fishing in the bay for trout, redfish, and flounder. Their are many charter options available

MESQUITO CAFÉ – Interesting little restaurant. Outdoor dining available. Stay away from the specials. Great for breakfast.

MARIO’S ITALIAN – less expensive Italian food and pizza.  Delivery available.  Multiple locations.  Seawall and another on 61st Street.

TORTUGA’S MEXICAN – One of  our favoritea.  Have them make your guacamole to your specifications beside your table.   Great fajitas.

YAGA’s – at the Strand, good food, near shopping and the Pier.  The park area next door also serves as host for several local activities.  A must for one afternoon

FISH TALES – A Galveston institution.  On the seawall.  Nice view of the water from the second floor deck. Great food except we don’t recommend the fish and chips.

JOE’S CRAB SHACK – Chain resturant.  Located along the Seawall.  Fried seafood is the speciality, along with a lot of noise and an endless steam of “Happy Birthday”.  But if it happens to be your birthday . . .

Willie G’s – Chain restaurant.  Seafood and steaks.  Located on the bay near the cruise terminal and within a block of The Strand.

LANDRY’S SEAFOOD – Again a chain.   On the Seawall a few miles down.  Good food, but it can be a bit bland.  Tell ‘em to “kick it up a notch” if you are another Cajun!

RAIN FOREST – Another chain.  Variety at mid-range prices plus fun for the kids with animals and sound effects.  In addition to the restaurant a water ride is available.

IHOP – International House of Pancakes – For pancake lovers!  A few miles away on the Seawall.

Denny’s – for breakfast.  Also on the Seawall.

This list should give you an idea as to the variety of food available in Galveston as new restaurants pop up that are worth mentioning we will add them to this list, but we also keep a list of restaurants (some of our favorites that we don’t want getting over crowded) and menus in our condo.
